Goal: Produce recap videos that capture the key moments of the event.

Conditions: 1-3 day shoots typically extended work beyond 10 hour days. 

Challenges: The event schedule and locations had the potential to change last minute in large events. All-access credentials were 100% necessary in order to freely capture backstage areas.

Takeaways: Communication between the event coordinator and assigned POC was important to stay updated on schedule changes.
